Congratulations to another happy Harmony Build home owner - built in partnership with Alex Smith at CSA Architects.
This project saw us excavating into rock on an extremely tight site with saw cutting right to the boundaries.
A single story semi was knocked down, and a four storey, five bedroom home created in it's place.
The plunge pool at the back will provide refreshing relief on sunnier days. And the solar-banked roof will provide eco-friendly and cost-effective energy to keep the home warm as the outside temperatures drop.
We hope the owners are very happy in their new home.
