Another Harmony Build project has made the news
For anyone who has seen our signs up in Coogee over the last year, you will have seen the amazing transformation of 145 Arden Street from a classic old redbrick building with traditional ornate ironwork into a modern, open-plan, designer family home.
Upon completion, the owners put the property up for auction. The results caught the attention of journalists due to the unique architectural design and finish.

The auction of the finished product raised more attention in The Daily Telegraph, with the final sale raising $3.57 million and seeing 165 groups pass through the property during the 5 week countdown campaign.
Congratulations to the family who placed the final winning bid. Naturally we know the property inside out, and we hope they are very happy in their new home.
